OCC Grade 11, also known as Old Corrugated Containers Grade 11, represents a specific category of recycled corrugated cardboard packaging materials. It includes various types of cardboard, cartons, cardboard trimmings, and fruit pack cartons. Here are the specifications for OCC Grade 11:

• Material Type: 100% corrugated cartons.
• Prohibitive Materials: Prohibitive materials, which are non-paper contaminants, must not exceed 1%.
• Total Outthrows: The combined amount of outthrows (unwanted materials) should not exceed 5%.
• European Standard: Complies with European Standard EN 643 Code: 1.05, categorized as “Ordinary Corrugated Board.” This category encompasses used boxes and sheets of corrugated board of various qualities and may include up to 10% of other packaging papers and boards.
• Non-Paper Components: Non-paper components are limited to a maximum of 1.5%.
• Moisture Content: Moisture content should not exceed 12%, with all papers stored in air-dry, indoor warehouses.
• Packing: OCC Grade 11 is typically packaged in bales, with each bale weighing between 20-23 metric tons per 40HQ container.
