Product Description
- Copper Electrolytic Purification: We employ a sophisticated electrolytic purification process. Coarse copper, with a copper content of 99%, is pre-fabricated into thick plates as anodes. Copper serves as the cathode, with sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and copper sulfate (CuSO4) as the electrolyte. Upon energization, copper ions (Cu) dissolve from the anode and migrate to the cathode.
- Low-Grade Copper Oxide Processing: For low-grade copper oxide, we produce electrodeposited copper. Our modern wet smelting techniques encompass sulfated roasting, leaching, electrodeposition, bacterial leaching, and more. These methods are ideal for low-grade complex ore, copper oxide, and copper-containing waste ore heap leaching or trough selection.
